RN An Middleton 10 yeres old a week afore Miklemas sick miserablely handled wth her fits. the 20 of decembr die at 6 in the morning. borne the 12 of Decēb. 1588. die betwixt 1. & 2 morning. her fathr {sic} enquireth what may be the cause of her disease. in her owne prsence. the 5 of feb: die . h. 7. 30. ant m. 1599. of a white pale colour leane wellooking water very good. every day many fits. & on friday & weddensday. it maketh her knock stamp strick her hands a great cough /this figure I set in there prsence.\

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold wth a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die . 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.
